I loved the images captured by the many photographers across the UK this Summer, of families, couples and housemates gathered on their doorsteps, in their gardens and behind their windows during lockdown. It was part of a whole new wave of socially-distanced photography, offered by photographers as a way of keeping busy, whilst also helping to raise money for the NHS and Key Worker charities. Debbie Hare Photography was one such photographer and I’ve been collaborating with her to create modern designs for personalised Photo Christmas cards, using her stunning photography!

Many families took part in these doorstep and garden photographs to help fundraise and just to have a bit of fun during lockdown too. These pictures captured an iconic moment in history – 2020, the year the world literally stood still! A year when we laughed and cried, and looked to cherish the moments together. Indeed, these photographs are an enduring record of these unusual times and as such it seems a shame not to share them.

Christmas is likely to be quite different for all of us this year. We might not be able to have our usual family gatherings and parties, so receiving Christmas greetings and well wishes by post will take on an even deeper meaning. Available as a folded A6 size card, or a 5″x7″ post card, all cards are professionally printed onto a recycled or uncoated 350gsm paper and include plain white envelopes and delivery. HOW TO ORDER YOURS

Simply select your favourite image from all those beautiful doorstep and outdoor family shots that you have gathered across the year.
Email me your high resolution photograph, stating how many cards you would like to order and your delivery address to : hello@flamboyantinvites.com
You’ll receive an invoice and upon payment you will receive a proof of your Christmas card design – the design chosen depends on whether you are sending a vertical or horizontal photo
Your cards will then be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Signed service.
