When I think of Spring, I immediately think of blossoms and pastel florals and colour palettes. If you’re planning a wedding at this time of the year, chances are that flowers will be top of your list when thinking about how to embrace this beautiful season. Spring Wedding Aisle Style
How stunning is this ceremony set up with an avenue of ‘floating’ faux Cherry Blossom trees and tall pastel candle sticks. It’s show-stopping aisle style that takes your breath away! Imagine being walking down this aisle in an intimate ceremony set up like this – it’s so dreamy and romantic. Perhaps add a personal touch with some blossom scented candles, or room scent, to ignite the senses and fill the room with Springtime blossom scent!
Orangeries and glasshouses make a particularly fabulous venue for Spring weddings because these spaces remain bright, light and airy, even when it’s a little overcast outside. The Orangery at Minley Manor is no exception and it made the perfect backdrop for our Spring Wedding setting. The addition of the faux blossom trees immediately softened the space and made the large space feel cozy and intimate, whilst adding an elegant and dreamy fairytale feel.
Spring Wedding Table Décor Ideas
The table decor features a beautiful and soft blush and gold colour palette, to reflect the elegant Cherry Blossom ceremony setup. The table was simply dressed with a white table cloth and ruched pink cheesecloth table runner. The centre piece is a simple gold urn of soft pastel florals, with glass and gold terrariums filled with soft blush pillar candles and matching tall candles with gold candle sticks. A simple, modern, personalised menu and a vintage botanical Love Birds table number created the perfect finish.
The tall windows and decorative brickwork made a stunning backdrop for the table setup and the window sills provided a further styling opportunity with the addition of planted terrariums, mini vases and candles. It’s these small touches that can really elevate your room.
Wedding Stationery Ideas
Striking Love Bird botanical illustrations juxtaposed with modern, minimalist elements was the theme used across this bespoke wedding stationery set. The design reflected the blush and gold theme of the shoot and the Love Birds became the inspiration behind the name of the shoot.
The Suite includes an invitation with a stunning vintage illustration of a pair of Love birds on the back of a modern typography style invitation. Combined with an RSVP card and blush envelope, and a matching pale blush invitation wallet and wax seal for the perfect finish.
Wedding Cake Ideas
Who doesn’t love a beautiful sweet table?! The centre piece, a show stopping, modern cake design inspired by torn paper in soft blush and white with gold accents. The sweet selection reflected the blush and gold palette perfectly, offering a selection of coconut macaroons, watercolour iced vanilla bean biscuits, miniature lemon cupcakes, cake pops and Belgian chocolates. What a feast for the eyes and tastebuds!
Bridal Inspiration
The gorgeous bridal gown was a beautiful Pronovias dress from the Privee Collection featured feathery embroidery, long sleeves, a detachable train and an illusion buttoned back. The dress was accessorised with a stunning tiara and veil. The bride’s bouquet reflected the same soft pink and pastel palette.
